libaccessors-perl software package provides Perl module to create accessor methods in callers package, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libaccessors-perl
libaccessors-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libaccessors-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libaccessors-perl *
You will get with libaccessors-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
